Qualifications
The following outlines our minimum requirements for applicants:
- Have at least six months previous experience working with aircraft records systems (preferably connected with an air carrier operation).
- Possess a working knowledge of the record keeping and transfer requirements of the FAA.
- Possess a working knowledge of the record keeping and transfer policies and procedures as outlined in the Company GMM.
- Have completed Company indoctrination training within 30 days from initial employment.
- Must meet the initial and recurrent training requirements identified in the training chapter within this GMM.
- Excel computer skills required as well as electronic document maintenance.
- Familiarity with FAR’s and ATA codes a plus.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Reports to the DQC.- Maintains aircraft, engine and component files and records in accordance with the GMM.
- Is responsible for the tracking and upkeep of ADs, Life Limited Parts, and Inspection records.
- Is the custodian and initial auditor of completed returned aircraft Maintenance Discrepancy Logs.
- Is responsible for the weekly review and any required updating of the computer tracking system.
- Monitors, verifies and corrects electronic Flight Logs.
- Is responsible for any other duties as requested by the DQC.
- Updates aircraft utilization report.
- Monitors tool calibration program as required.
- Assists DQC with CAS data preparation.
- Completes and updates the major alteration reports required by 14 CFR §121.707

Salary : $39,100 - $49,500
