Position Overview:
The Contract Program Manager leads complex projects and serves as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate challenges and implement effective solutions. This role requires extensive industry experience and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead large-scale IOU projects, from initial assessment through implementation.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic goals and challenges.
· Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and technological innovation.
· Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
· Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
· Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Energy Management, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 6-8 years of experience in the electric utility industry or consulting.
· Demonstrated expertise in utility operations, regulatory compliance, and technology.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Proficiency in advanced data analysis and modeling tools.
· Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
Work Environment: This is a remote role based out of the California area.
Compensation: $175k - $275k, depending on experience.
