About the Role
This position will focus on targeting opportunities and turning leads into long-lasting partnerships. With knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you will communicate directly with Landlords, Service Providers and, understand their individual needs. You may also assist in developing sales strategies. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable, multi with strong computer and communication skills.
The ideal candidate must be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Job responsibilities:
§ Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects
§ Working on a lead list provided by the company.
§ Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
§ Scheduling follow ups with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
§ Close business and meet the monthly and quarterly targets
§ Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
§ Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
§ Maintaining a database of contact information.
§ Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
§ Handling complaints and negotiations.
Job Qualifications:
§ Proven experience of min 3 years has a sales person in the CRE landlord space.
§ Proven track record of hitting the numbers
§ The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
§ Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
§ Strong time management skills.
§ Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
§ Must be willing for a Remote work set - up
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
