Job Description
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Ensure exemplary guest service through timely service, order/menu accuracy, sufficient food supply, attentive service, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked buffet line.
Prepare food in advance of events and on event dates following safe food-handling practices.
Ensure that events are properly equipped and executed by setting up, preparing food, transporting food to multiple event locations, serving events, tearing down and returning clean equipment to designated storage areas.
Clean, organize and restock equipment/product returning from catering events.
Supervise catering staff in the setup, preparation, service, tear down and cleanup of catered events.
Take inventory, place food orders, receive food orders and store food items per food safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Must be able to read and understand simple instructions, memos and short correspondence.
Must be able to respond to problem-solve when the need arises.
Must be able to make independent decisions.
Must be available every Saturday.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Drivers License required.
