Basic Function
Greet and provide Guests with courteous service and provide an exceptional experience while maintaining food safety and following company policy.
Specific Responsibilities
Operate a cash register, computer or POS system.
Prepare and sell snack and food items and restock when necessary.
Operate credit card verification terminals and calculators.
Cooking and preparation of food ordered and serve product to Guests.
Maintains cleanliness and organization in immediate and surrounding work areas.
Operates assigned area in accordance with company policy, state and federal regulations and safety protocols.
Inspects work area and notifies management immediately if mechanical or electrical problems occur.
Ensures emergency matters are brought to the Supervisors attention immediately.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Ability to read, write and speak in English and understand operations manuals.
Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
Ability to climb, kneel, bend, push, pull and reach above shoulder.
Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.
