Position Title: Attractions KiddieLand Operator

Reports To: Attractions Leadership
Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt
Summary of Duties:
Operate various children’s attractions following Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times.
• Deliver Guest Excellence being knowledgeable about the attractions and park.
• Maintain constant attention and focus.
• Operate attractions following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Enforce participant requirements and attraction rules.
• Execute emergency procedures, to include crowd control, as necessary.
• Communicate via public address systems, radios and telephones.
• Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall
cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.
Job Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years of age. If under 18, must be able to provide working papers prior to hire.
o Attraction Operators under the age of 18 will be staffed primarily on attractions designed solely for
children per the NYS DOL.
• Must be able to initiate and maintain interactions with Guests.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently
manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
• Ability to work in high stress situations.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
