Position Title: Train Conductor
Department: Attractions
Reports To: Attractions Leadership
Status: Seasonal, Non-Exempt

Summary of Duties:
Operate the Iron Horse Train following Standard Operating Procedures while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.

Job Responsibilities:
• Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times
• Deliver Guest Excellence being knowledgeable about the attractions and park
• Maintain constant attention and focus
• Operate Iron Horse Train following Standard Operating Procedures
• Enforce participant requirements and attraction rules
• Execute emergency procedures, to include crowd control, as necessary
• Communicate via public address systems, radios and telephones
• Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership, including but not limited to operating other attractions as the business requires.

Job Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to initiate and maintain interactions with Guests.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
• Ability to work in high stress situations.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
