Summary of Duties:
Manage the overall daily operations frontline Team Members for assigned area of responsibility. Essential responsibilities include enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures, training, auditing, management of atypical situations as they arise, Guest resolution and communication liaison with Park Management. Provide support and/or coverage for frontline positions, where qualified, while providing Guest Excellence and maintaining safe practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Exhibit professional demeanor and model behaviors at all times.
• Train and develop frontline Team Members, providing corrective action as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all authorities having jurisdiction.
• Ensure adequate daily staffing levels and adherence to daily operational schedules for assigned area.
• Oversee breaks and ensure compliance with labor laws for assigned area.
• Typically perform as an on Duty for assigned area of responsibility, maintaining constant presence in park.
• Act as the communication liaison between departments, frontline and Park Management as applicable to assigned
area of responsibility.
• Ensure open ready condition property wide each operating day prior to property opening hour.
• Ensure overall inventory levels are maintained for consumables.
• Ensure execution of Standard Operating Procedures and Guest Excellence behaviors.
• Respond to and resolve atypical situations and Guest issues.
• Complete required daily, weekly, monthly documentation.
• All responsibilities notated in the job descriptions of frontline Team Members for area of responsibility.
• Protect company assets through proper use of tools and equipment and the adherence to the standard of overall
cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Other duties as needed and/or assigned by Leadership.
Job Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented with a high sense of urgency.
• Must be able to initiate and maintain interactions with Guests.
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to efficiently
manage time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stoop, push, pull, twist and reach above shoulders.
• Ability to work in an environment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
• Ability to work in high stress situations.
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
