We are seeking a skilled Waterpark Maintenance professional to join our team at IB Parks & Entertainment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing waterpark attractions and facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of waterpark attractions and facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair complex problems with waterpark attractions and facilities, working closely with the Operations Department to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with other Maintenance team members to prioritize tasks and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical/industrial maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
