Role: Consumer Electronic Product/Program Launch management consultant
Location: Mountain View, California On site

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Support core operations/business cadence for launch planning activities:
a. Establish processes and tools to gather feedback and provide updates during key milestones
b. Improve efficiency and effectiveness with established processes
c. Incorporate Launch Planner’s feedback in reviewing process improvements and tools
2. Manage team initiatives and identify/report on success metrics for key projects
a. Process management of meeting agenda/ minutes, trackings status items of action item and reporting to Launch Planners and/or team members
3. Planning and communications across various cross functional teams
4. Management of training programs relating to in-market and new product launches
Description of Deliverables - USA
1. Excellent project management skills to develop and execute:
a. Processes and tools for Launch Planning
b. Agenda, meeting minutes an action item resolution
c. Ranging trix management and dashboard summary creation
2. Metrics and Reports → strong understanding of excel and powerpoint (Google Sheets, Slides)
3. Program management and execution of Product Training Program
a. Scheduling
b. Content management
c. Program enhancements based on feedback and business needs
4. Program wiki management
Product Launch experience in Consumer Electronic domain will be plus.
