Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
Collaborate with Customer Support and Deployment teams
Participate in system and telecom validation of new releases
Provide expertise to technical sales teams and Customer Solution Managers
Technical Skills:
Kubernetes & Docker
4G/5G Mobile Operator network architecture
GitLab Fundamentals, Linux (Redhat, CentOS), Windows (Server 2012, 2016)
VMWare, KVM, MySQL, Sybase, MSSQL, SQL queries
Required Aptitudes:
Autonomy, leadership, and proactivity
Rigorous and able to manage multiple projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate, curious, and eager to learn
Experience:
5 years as a system or telecom engineer in the telecommunications industry
Kubernetes Certification Admin and/or Security Specialist
Master’s in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
