ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Reviews and researches all types of adjustments for all markets
- Performs adjustment request debiting or crediting customers’ accounts and asking Federal reserve for debit or credit
- Tracks and enters all adjustment requests on tracking system
- Processes Verification of deposits forms request for customers
- Processes Social Security request for customers via social security system
- Processes various collection items for customers
- Processes Medicaid and Child support verification of deposit
- Performs scanning of all research and adjustment cases to Optima system for retention
