Job description
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, detailed, and organized individual with an eye for fashion to join our sales team with a focus on specialty and off-price businesses. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities, as well as the ability to prioritize their workload effectively. Additionally, this role will be responsible for supporting our sales team and will be a key contributor to our sales team's success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter sales orders into the system and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor and track container statuses, updating relevant teams as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.
- Maintain a well-organized sample library, ensuring easy access and proper labeling.
- Assist in calculating and managing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Communicate all issues that arise in the order process with the customer(s) buying team including but not limited to shipping, carding/ticketing, PO information pulled from customer portals, etc...
- Assist and support the sales team with all prep work for all meetings and presentations, including creating decks and picture packages.
- Responsible for all market planning and logistics in the discount sector; including appointment scheduling, showroom set up/break down, note taking, preparing account line sheets
