Essential Functions
- Assist in planning and executing program activities, events, and workshops.
- Engage with participants, handle inquiries, and maintain records.
- Support volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination.
- Maintain program documentation and assist with reporting.
- Develop community partnerships and assist with outreach efforts.
- Ensure a culturally inclusive and safe environment for participants.
