R es ponsibilities :
- Be knowledgeable of all ACES programs and services with the ability to provide education, assistance and guidance as needed, including requirements, paperwork completion, and computer, web and software navigation.
- Assess client needs and provide accurate guidance accordingly.
- Set expectations for programs and processes with client.
- Assist clients in establishing educational goals, develop plans to achieve those goals, and monitor progress.
- Review and assess documents to ensure appropriateness, accuracy and completion.
- Provide helpdesk and inquiry assistance to clients and document all communication and actions through tickets and contact sheets. Escalate assistance as needed.
- Thoroughly document all verbal and written communication of services provided with status updates.
- Provide instructions to higher education institutions
- Prepare and conduct Power-Point education briefings for clients.
- Prepare reports and documents for commanders regarding education information.
- Promote lifelong learning opportunities through degree programs, testing opportunities, and other certification programs
Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
