What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Customer Service Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare customer service role, call center, or patient-facing position.
  • Patient-Centered Approach: Ability to provide compassionate and professional support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify patient concerns and implement effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Appointment Scheduling Expertise: Experience handling patient inquiries, scheduling consultations, and managing appointment calendars.
  • Knowledge of Insurance & Billing: Familiarity with medical billing, insurance verification, and authorization processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality best practices.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with clinical staff, front-desk teams, and leadership to streamline patient workflows.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with patients and internal teams through phone, email, and chat effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and medical scheduling software (e.g., Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms).
  • Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to handle a high volume of patient inquiries while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
