- Oversee Cloud Operations: Manage and optimize daily cloud operations across IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure.
- Lead Automation Initiatives: Drive the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible automation platform, and implement automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor, coach, and develop a team technical contributors, setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Incident and Capacity Management: Lead incident response processes, conduct root cause analyses, and oversee capacity planning to ensure systems meet current and future demands.
- Compliance and Cost Optimization: Ensure cloud environments adhere to industry compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR) and implement cost-management strategies to maximize ROI.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of system architecture, operational procedures, and incident reports.
