Your Role and Responsibilities
The IBM Client Partner Executive (CPE) role in the Distribution Sector constructs partnerships between a major client, vendors, and subcontractor organizations and manages the implementation of these partnerships to address business opportunities for the IBM Corporation.
CPE Responsibilities include:
- Driving client growth by developing executive and senior management relationships in a major distribution sector client
- Responsible to deliver all contractual obligations to the client and maintain a positive business controls posture
- Accountable for meeting revenue, profit, sales growth, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets
- Become a trusted client partner through consultative selling and a focus on long term client success
- Strengthen relationships through effective and proactive execution of responsibilities that address client pain points
- Establish and implement an Account Strategy that leverages cross-industry expertise and “best of IBM” insight
- Understand client pain points and work collaboratively to bring market leading solutions for those pain points
- Own all of IBM’s technology support services business with the client.
- Overall responsibility for client contractual cost, schedule, and deliverables
- Manage all IBM resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client
- Demonstrate high level of business acumen for clients
