Your Responsibilities Include:
- Perform all activities necessary to maintain day to day operations of the program/product offices.
- Manage facilities to include space, furniture and office supplies. Oversee the back office helpdesk and desktop support.
- Manage the distribution and maintenance of office automation hardware and software to include laptops, tablets, cell phones, desk phones, printers, VTC equipment, etc.
- Receive, distribute, track and report on formal tasks using the Task Management Tool.
- Provide leadership to administrative, strategic communications, on/off boarding of workforce.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Teams
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Secret level security clearance required

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
