Your role and responsibilities
As a Training Consultant at IBM, your analytical and technical skills will directly impact the quality of the applications we create. In your role, you will be responsible for : Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of ERP packages and new applications,Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of ERP packages and new applications,Gain client-facing experience and make strategic recommendations to help support changing the way businesses function,Utilize technical aptitude to develop creative solutions to complex business problems
Required technical and professional expertise
Effective communication, organization, interpersonal, collaboration and project management skills.Exposure to writing and / or presenting training material or other content in a user-friendly way.Exposure to supporting people through business transitions,A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view,Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Candidate should be willing to learn excel, SAP, ADO or JIRA.
