JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is an intensely user focused position that will require extensive interaction with users throughout the organization to optimize business processes and solve business process problems with custom workflow solutions in a Lotus Domino environment, as well as help to transition legacy Domino applications to a web environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain overall high level of satisfaction by resolving application support incidents reported by ibml employees in relation to applications to that include HCL Domino/Notes, Salesforce, SQL-based applications, etc.
- Understand, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot data relationships between business units and applications
- Work with departments and users to develop solutions to solve workflow and business problems and improve productivity
- Function as a liaison between the application vendor(s) and ibml employees on projects as needed
- Responsible for maintenance coding, changes, and development to existing applications
- Act as an escalation point of ticketed technical issues as needed
- Assist VP, Security & Enterprise Architecture as needed with various projects
- Perform other tasks as assigned
PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Higher Education degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant experience
- 3 years or more of application development
- 3 years or more of SQL related coding
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
- Experience with Macola ERP a plus
- Experience with HCL Domino a plus
- Experience with IT ticketing system a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint custom coding a plus
- Experience with data integration tools a plus
- CompTIA, Microsoft Server, Azure, ITIL, SQL, and related certifications a plus
- Demonstrable, knowledge, ability and skill with job responsibilities required
