Overhead Door of Cincinnati is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Garage Door Installer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing garage doors and related systems.
- Learn and understand the operation of various garage door models, components, and systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on garage doors and associated hardware.
- troubleshooting and resolving issues with garage door systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Role Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in the garage door industry is a plus but not required.
