Position ProfileAs an Install Technician, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch installations to meet customer specifications, ensuring all work adheres to company standards. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, customer service, and adherence to safety protocols. You will handle installation tasks efficiently while managing tools, materials, and equipment to minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities
Daily Execution:
- Perform installations following company standards, meeting customer specifications and requirements.
- Ensure installations are completed on time with minimal downtime by efficiently managing tools, materials, and equipment.
- Address any installation issues that arise promptly, minimizing delays and customer dissatisfaction.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Quality Control & Accuracy:
- Conduct thorough inspections during and after installation to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain consistent quality of work, exceeding customer expectations and company standards.
- Ensure all components and systems are correctly configured and installed according to product requirements.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Provide clear communication to customers regarding the installation process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Resolve any customer issues related to installation promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
