Production Manager

Duties:

- Oversee the production process in a warehouse setting
- Coordinate and manage the activities of production staff
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize production efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity
- Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a production management role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and production processes
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the production process
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
