As a new Recruitment Specialist at iBusinessSolutions, you can expect a dynamic and engaging workday filled with opportunities to connect with talent. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various platforms, conducting pre-screen interviews, and building strong relationships with potential hires. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job postings that attract the right candidates. Your schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work environment.
While most tasks will be completed during regular hours, occasional after-hours phone calls may be necessary to accommodate candidates' schedules or address urgent recruitment needs.
