Technology & Innovation :

Hands-on experience with prototyping, production, and process development for solid rocket motors.
Capability to leverage proprietary manufacturing techniques for improved performance and efficiency.
Collaboration & Customer Engagement :
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including machine and material development engineers.
Direct engagement with customers to gather requirements, offer technical guidance, and demonstrate system capabilities.

Travel & Compliance :
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, primarily to testing labs and customer sites.
