System is seeking a Network Systems Administrator who is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Windows infrastructure and related IT systems. This role ensures reliable system operations, supports organizational performance, and provides expert technical solutions to meet evolving business needs. Location This role requires you to work onsite at our Vadnais Heights location Monday through Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $80,000-$100,000 a year Benefits: IC System offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and 401(k).   Key Responsibilities Manage IT Infrastructure: Collaborate with the Managed Services provider and Help Desk team to deliver seamless IT support. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, servers, and remote management tools. Support and maintain Microsoft operating platforms in an Active Directory domain environment. Administer and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance across all environments. Perform engineering, installation, configuration, and maintenance projects, providing 24/7 support for critical systems. Provide Technical Support and Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues with timely solutions. Assist with application releases, updates, patching, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Coordinate with vendors and external consultants for system support and upgrades. Implement hardware and software upgrades to align with organizational demands. Ensure System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor and support network server backups. Maintain and manage server operating systems, addressing variations between vendors and versions.   Qualifications 3 years of experience in network/system administration or a similar role. Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows Server environments Familiarity with network security principles, firewalls, and VPNs Experience with system monitoring tools and platforms Familiarity with some of the following products and applications is required: FortiNet applications Azure and Azure Virtual Desktop Microsoft 365 VMWare Applications BeyondTrust
