This is an internal customer-facing role and consists of the handling of tier 2 and 3 support tasks for Cyber Advisors. The Network Administrator role is a responsible and trusted member of the enterprise, relied upon to provide exceptional customer support.

Work is performed in both an office environment and may be remote part-time. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. This role frequently communicates with employees and must be able to communicate effectively. There is limited travel outside of the metro area required for this position.

The Cyber Advisors Network Administrator role has multiple responsibilities in the company
- Manage the internal ticket board and responds to tickets, calls, and emailed support requests.
- Coordinate and perform recurring patching across the enterprise.
- Maintain on-premises and cloud backups.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot errors or issues.
- Manage new user deployment, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Manage asset inventory and warranty renewals.
- Participate in incident response, triage, containment, and recovery.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with other Cyber Advisors admins to resolve issues, implement new systems or upgrades, and plan for future IT needs.
- Create and maintain system documentation and training materials for users.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Work with CISO to maintain and improve security strategies.
- Administrative-level skills in several operating systems, such as Windows, OS X, and Linux.
- Understand basic principles of information security.
- Must be proficient in technical writing.
- Knowledge or experience in various aspects of network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with hypervisor platforms including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare ESX.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure and GCP.
- Experience with the Microsoft Windows 2012-2019 Server platform, networking, and strong understanding of Active Directory.
- Exposure to e-mail systems including Exchange 2007-2019, Office 365 Cloud & Hybrid configurations.
- Familiarity with backup systems, processes, and capabilities.
- Administrative-level skills in several operating systems, such as Windows, OS X, and Linux.
- Understand basic principles of information security.
- Must be proficient in technical writing.
- Knowledge or experience in various aspects of network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with hypervisor platforms including Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare ESX.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Azure and GCP.
- Experience with the Microsoft Windows 2012-2019 Server platform, networking, and strong understanding of Active Directory.

- Demonstrate understanding of priorities and effective work procedures, self-manage work time and prioritize multiple tasks and problems.
- Requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a background check.
The successful candidate will hold
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or an equivalent level of work experience.
- Industry certifications such as:
- CompTIA Network , A , or Security
- Microsoft Certified Network Administrator
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Fortinet NSE 4
- A training program will be defined based on existing skills and areas of development.
