Responsibilities:
- Must perform all assigned tasks in accordance with the Facility’s established policies and procedures and as instructed by the DNS, and/ or Administrator or as directed by supervisory staff.
- This position ensures and manages the Nursing schedule through the use of the scheduling software system.
- This position will call employees to fill vacancies, leaves, and vacations in order to keep staffing levels within budgetary requirements.
- This position will also contact and manage transportation schedules for resident medical appointments.
- Must possess a high school degree, or its equivalent.
- Prefer working knowledge (experience preferred) with various software programs such as WORD, EXCEL, as well as electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language clearly and understandably.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
