We're looking for a Creative Manager who can translate our brand strategy into a powerful visual identity that elevates ICAT's presence and positions us to fit seamlessly alongside the world's most esteemed companies and services.

Role Summary

We're looking for a conceptually driven, design-savvy Creative Manager to join our ICAT team in Piscataway, NJ. This role will play a vital part in shaping how ICAT communicates across high-value verticals including luxury retail, creative retail fabrication, aerospace, life sciences, financial services, and more. You'll collaborate with management, sales, and our creative team to develop high-impact visuals, messaging, and branded content that elevate ICAT's presence in both established and emerging markets.

This is a hands-on position for a creative leader who can think big and execute beautifully. You'll own the creative output of the brand at this office, ensuring every touchpoint - from executive presentations, RFPs, and direct mail to digital campaigns - is strategically sound, visually polished, and aligned with the exceptional standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Execution: Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, sales materials, RFPs, direct mail, digital assets, and branded content.
• Design Oversight: Manage the visual identity of ICAT across all touchpoints - web, print, social, presentations, RFPs and sales materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and leadership to craft communications that are visually aligned and strategically sound.
• Content Development: Support storytelling through high-quality visual and written content, including case studies, service one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage third party companies that may directly integrate with creative communications.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output aligns with our premium brand voice and standards, reflecting the sophistication of the clients we serve.
• Tools & Systems: Proficiency in industry leading design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma and project management platforms to deliver work efficiently and collaboratively.
• Social & Web Coordination: Oversee the development of visual and copy assets for social media and web presence in alignment with our evolving digital strategy.
• Presentation Design: Develop beautifully crafted, high-impact presentations for both internal and external audiences.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house) with a portfolio of cross-channel work
• Strong graphic design sense with the ability to execute across print, digital, collateral and presentation formats
• Deep understanding of brand identity systems and how to apply them
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills - visual and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within or alongside premium/luxury or B2B service brands is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Midjourney, Canva, and other ai image and presentation applications
• Motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI/UX exposure is a bonus
