- Whole person care is our baseline - Through partnerships with our sister companies, Integrated Healthcare and GateHouse Recovery Solutions, as well as other providers we strive to connect every client with the physical and mental health services they need to achieve and maintain recovery, including medications for substance use disorders as well as safe housing that will allow them to focus on their recovery.
- Case management comes standard - We have a dedicated case management staff who work with each client to identify their immediate and future needs and develop a plan for meeting those needs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
1. EDUCATION :
Associate degree or greater is preferred.
2. EXPERIENCE :
3 years case management experience preferred
3. LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION :
CRSW, Recovery Coach preferred
4. KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE :
