As a Client Coordinator, you’ll establish a rapport and an ongoing relationship with clients and families while guiding them through the onboarding process. While delivering the highest possible excellence in customer service standards, your role will be to clearly outline our services and lead the process after initial admissions phone calls. What You’ll Do
- Creates consistent and efficient schedules for staff and clients.
- Accurately document client cancellations
- Accurately document staff cancellations
- Work with a sense of urgency to make up all missed appointments.
- Ensure clients are scheduled for all treatment plan hours.
- Complete admin duties as requested by direct supervisor.
- Work with other departments on documentation requests.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families.
- Assist with pay to patient as needed.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Review of client documentation for UR and Billing Purposes.
- Facilitate tours of the facility
- Stay in communication with referral sources and families.
- To be available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays. Must be available to work overtime when needed.
- Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that will be submitted upon request.
- Must follow all defined company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
