What You’ll Do
- Work with Admissions and clinicians to ensure that intakes are completed for prospective families/clients
- Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
- Develop evidence-based goals that reflect the needs of the client as well as the results of assessments
- Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving team
- Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week under the direction of the Director of Assessments
