We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Coupa Administrator to manage and optimize our procurement processes and maintain the overall configuration and setup of the Coupa platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement operations and hands-on experience with Coupa’s system setup, integration, and management.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary administrator for the Coupa platform, overseeing the system setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure proper access control in coordination with IT.
- Perform system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Customize and configure Coupa modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Contracts under a change management project, and using sandbox and prod environments.
- Maintain and update supplier and vendor records within the Coupa platform.
- Work closely with procurement teams to streamline purchasing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support requisition, purchase order, and invoicing processes within Coupa to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Monitor procurement-related KPIs and provide insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to manage Coupa integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and other third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into procurement activities and compliance.
- Automate processes and workflows to enhance the user experience and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and proper usage of the Coupa platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Coupa-related issues for internal stakeholders, escalating to Coupa support when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with new Coupa features, releases, and best practices, ensuring the organization leverages the platform effectively.
- Ensure procurement policies and procedures are adhered to within the Coupa platform.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and business processes.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
