Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Billing Manager to oversee and manage the billing operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare billing, specifically within ABA therapy and substance abuse programs, and will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and revenue cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the billing department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, payments, and reimbursements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient billing and collection processes to optimize revenue cycle performance.
- Supervise and train billing staff, providing support and guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Review and audit billing practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with payer policies and ABA service requirements.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to billing presenting findings to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry changes, including payer requirements, CPT codes, and relevant regulatory updates.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and coding of services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries from internal staff, clients, and insurance companies.
