As a Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in creating our signature ice cream and crafting the cookie dough inclusions that make every bite unforgettable. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic environment, helping to maintain our commitment to quality, efficiency, and food safety.
Day shift hours are Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient ice cream and cookie dough production.
- Follow precise recipes and formulations to maintain the consistency and quality of our products.
- Accurately measure, mix, and process premium ingredients for both ice cream and cookie dough.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment following strict sanitation protocols .
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any mechanical concerns to maintenance.
- Follow all safety guidelines to create a secure and efficient workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for food production and a keen eye for quality.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with a tight-knit production crew.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a cool production environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts between Monday through Thursdays, Fridays overtime as needed.
