What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Sanitation-2nd Shift position at IceCap Cold Storage?
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Always follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and safety guidelines.
- Operate a scrubber/sweeper to ensure cleanliness of warehouse, dock, and freezer.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and locker rooms. Replenish supplies as necessary.
- Dust racks, curbs, dock door controls, etc.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Maintain and clean dock office.
- Clean outside entrances, common areas, and outside pet area.
- Assist with laundering freezer gear on site.
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
- Stay aware of any possible hazards.
- Work safely in a cold environment.
- Provide support/fill in when Office Custodial staff are unavailable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
