Ready to make a difference? ICF is seeking a Business Operations Specialist. In this role, you will work with ICF project managers and corporate services to support the ongoing operations of our justice, research, victim service programs. This involves close coordination with corporate purchasing, subcontracts, accounts payable, reprographics, IT, travel to implement key processes, keep project schedules and documentation up to date, and track and manage project tasks. This is a role for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and really dive into the details. Successful candidates will be resourceful, self-motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills. Candidates should appreciate a collaborative environment while also be highly independent and driven to follow-up on tasks without prompting.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage subcontractor agreements
- Process invoices for consultants and vendors.
- Serve as contact point for consultants, vendors, managers, and federal clients.
- Coordinate with ICF business services (subcontracts, procurement, AP).
- Provider operational support for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Create / edit project task tracker, schedules, forecasts in Excel and other online platforms.
- Support project meetings, take notes, develop meeting summaries.
- Provide logistical planning and delivery support for onsite events.
