Send your resume and a link to your portfolio-we'd love to see your work!As an On-Call Creative Director, you will : Manage, lead, and work collaboratively with an art director, designer, copywriter, and the larger team to generate unique concepts and approachesHelp develop strategic directions for clientsAbility to present and sell ideas and copy in a persuasive wayWorking on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlinesOverseeing campaigns through the production stage to completionCasting actors for TV and radio workLiaising with production companies, editors, photographers, animators, etc.Meeting the account and project management team to discuss client requirements and product backgroundProfessional Skills : Ability to comprehend, create and adhere to clear brand specific guidelinesBalance multiple projects successfully Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels as well as within a teamAbility to receive critical feedback and provide revisions accordingly Required Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree12 years of relevant experience (preferably agency or design firm), to include experience in digital, video, social, campaign, earned and other platformsStrong portfolio of past conceptual workPreferred Qualifications : Copywriting background highly preferredJob Location(s) : Fairfax, VA, Rockville, MD, or RemoteWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we're not your typical consultants. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $89,203.00 - $151,646.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
