ICF Next is looking for an on-call Creative Director who can tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and inspire others to do their best work. As an on-call Creative Director, you’ll work zero to 30 hours per week, depending on our overflow work and project needs.

As an On-Call Creative Director, you will :
- Manage, lead, and work collaboratively with an art director, designer, copywriter, and the larger team to generate unique concepts and approaches.
- Help develop strategic directions for clients.
- Present and sell ideas and copy in a persuasive way.
- Work on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion.
- Cast actors for TV and radio work.
- Liaise with production companies, editors, photographers, animators, etc.
- Meet the account and project management team to discuss client requirements and product background.
