Project Coordinator (Remote MD DC VA)

We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers. 

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to assist our Project Managers in controlling federal project activities. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Coordinate timely onboarding of resources to the projects. 
• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures 
• Facilitate communication flow across program/project interfaces 
• Coordinate deployments and liaison activities with customer interactions 
• Support project functions by preparing presentations, documents, and other materials as needed 
• Perform administrative functions such as preparing minutes, monitoring deliverables, and other administrative tasks as needed 
• Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately  
  
  

Remote however will need to come into the office in the DC metro area when required for meetings

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2 years of Project Coordination experience
• 1 years of experience working in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills 
• 1 years of experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc) 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust per Federal contract requirements
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of Project Coordination experience in the IT professional services industry is highly preferred
• Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail highly preferred
• Data Analytics experience is highly preferred
• Risk management exposure is highly preferred
• Schedule management experience is highly preferred

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$55,388.00 - $94,160.00
