We design and build our homes to fit each individual lot, neighborhood, and the homeowner’s tastes, all while incorporating the following values & practices:

About the position

The Assistant Project Manager oversees the completion of multiple homes in construction from drywall to completion under the supervision of the project manager. The Assistant Project Manager will fact gather and negotiate resolutions as they arise and report them to the Project Manager. You will obtain inspections, oversee quality, and complete homes per the Company’s standards processes and policies ensuring customer satisfaction is high priority. Perform New Home Orientations and complete orientation repair items in a timely manner, also manages Home Inspection reports and completion of those items as required. Must be able to communicate to a broad variety of personality types, be organized, maintain a tight schedule with deadlines, multi-task, and maintain a safe and clean jobsite. Assists in the implementation of OSHA Safety and DEQ Storm water compliance.

Thorough knowledge of reading and interpreting building plans is essential, as well as having a broad understanding of the technical aspects of construction, including, but not limited to, building codes and the application and use of all types of building products.

Assistant Project Manager Required Qualifications:

 2 years of experience in residential construction is preferred.

 1 years of customer service experience is preferred.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Excellent organizational skills.

 Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity both on and off of the job.

 Physically able to move and or lift materials or equipment in excess of 50 lbs, climb, bend, stoop and reach.

 Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather year around.

 Reliable transportation.


