ICHIRAN RAMEN PRODUCTION FACILITY STAFF

Since its inception in Fukuoka, Japan in 1960, ICHIRAN Ramen has focused on serving
Classic Tonkotsu Ramen. With over 70 restaurants in Japan and 2 restaurants in Hong Kong, ICHIRAN Ramen made its American debut October 2016 and is excited to offer the same authentic and deliciously classic ramen in New York. We are currently seeking production facility workers who are interested in making our high quality Tonkotsu ramen as well as other food items.

- Essential Job Duties -

・Manufactures food items

・Packages food products

・Receives products entering the production facility

・Cleans and maintains production equipment and peripherals and repairs breakdowns (to the extent possible) when they occur

・Cleans food ingredient storage containers

・Checks and records ingredients, products and supplies inventory quantities

・Cleans and maintains the worksite and production facility tidy and in order

・Follows food safety procedures and maintains sanitary conditions

- Working Conditions -

Employee is expected to perform duties in a hot room where steam and grease are present, handle hot food items such as soup and to go up and down a ladder repeatedly as part of their job duties.

- Requirement -

・Able to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 55 pounds

・At least 18 years old

・Legally authorized to work for any U.S. Employer

・Able to communicate in basic English

・Able to work all holidays

・Able to work on weekends when required

*Experience with food production and handling is a plus
