SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
Murray, UT
ICM is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our supply chain operations, including both parts and equipment supply chains. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of materials, parts, and equipment to support our business operations while maximizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and supplier performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive supply chain excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with ICM’s business objectives
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and risk mitigation across the supply chain
- Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain agility, responsiveness, and resilience
- Understands all of ICM’s addressable markets
- Understands the importance of DSI and inventory optimization to properly leverage the entire supply chain through our demand management triangle and activities
- Builds continual relationship with all internal vertical directors and teams, and customers to continuously improve efficiencies in our supply chains
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain processes with customer demand and business goals.
- Assume accountabilities for all operational excellence within the management area constantly chasing waste through lean principles and practices
- Guide and mentor all direct reports towards achievement of ICM Solutions goals and objectives adopting a lean methodology mindset.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leadership talent including succession plans for direct reports and other key roles.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School graduate, Undergraduate degree preferred or comparable industry experience in senior leadership/management roles.
- 10 years minimum industry experience.
- Have general knowledge of the entire equipment line and activities required to support the operation of that equipment.
- Possess strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills to drive success and inspire motivation.
- Ability to approach life and leadership with a Safety mindset constantly working how to connect with all direct reports.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and willing to give commitment to the ultimate success of the team members and company through a one team mindset.
- Understand the urgency of our industries and the importance of availability to our customers.
- Work closely with all members of the product support leadership team and departments to develop solutions to any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Must be able to interact with coworkers and have the desire and ability to develop people.
- Extreme Ownership: When presented with a problem, will take ownership and determine a solution in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
- Promote a teamwork attitude working closely with all departments throughout the company.
