Position Overview:
The WMS Coordinator (Warehouse Management System) plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations by leveraging Foxfire, our Warehouse Management System. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows to keep warehouse processes running efficiently. This role is the on-the-ground expert for Foxfire, supporting warehouse teams by resolving system issues, training staff, and ensuring efficient WMS usage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
1. Daily System Support & Troubleshooting
• Act as the first point of contact for Foxfire-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime in warehouse operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors encountered by warehouse staff.
• Work with IT and warehouse leadership to escalate and resolve complex system issues.
2. User Training & Support
• Train warehouse employees on Foxfire functionality, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Provide ongoing support to team members, helping them navigate system tasks effectively.
• Develop and maintain training guides and quick-reference materials for warehouse staff.
3. Process Efficiency & System Utilization
• Monitor daily warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better WMS utilization.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to streamline processes such as inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Assist with implementing and testing Foxfire updates or new features that enhance daily operations.
4. Reporting & Data Insights
• Generate and analyze WMS reports related to inventory, order accuracy, and warehouse performance.
• Use data insights to recommend adjustments that enhance productivity and accuracy.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required. Familiarity with Foxfire is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Ability to work closely with warehouse teams and leadership to drive efficiency.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
