Position Title: Employee Screening & Compliance Specialist

Location: Houston, Tx

Pay Rate: $25/hr ( benefits)

Assignment Length: 9-month W2 Contract

Schedule: Office Hours (100% onsite)

Job Overview

In a team format, primarily working with the project team auditing and digitizing paper I-9s.

Essential Duties

• Sort paper I-9s according to updated reports
• Scan paper I-9 to PDF format files
• Work with PDF files to aggregate into a large document

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources / People coordinator or similar role conducting tasks involving the maintenance of confidential employee data, pre-employment screening, decision making from a template or guide, and the application of interpersonal and communications skills with coworkers and others.
• Advanced level computer skills with mid-level skills in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, and MS Excel
