This is an EDGE position in Frisco, TX. AC will have to work onsite 2-3 days a week.
In this "high touch" role you will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities. Your primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans. You will process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding. You may also handle escalations as needed. You will coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations. You will work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation. You will support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.
Finally it is expected at your level of expertise and business background that you will recommend process improvements and simplification that supports the optimization of the program. You will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.
Education and Experience: First-level university degree or equivalent experience. Typically 5-7 years as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant.
