CRNA needed in Tuba City, AZ

Specialty : CRNA

Practice Setting : Hospital / Surgery Dept

Schedule : 7a-5p, 4x10's between Monday-Friday.

Call : 1 night call shift per week from 7p-7a.

Weekends : There is occasional weekend call - once about every 6 weeks.

Support Staff / Supervision : CRNA must be able to work independently. There is also no back up when on call.

Case Mix : Ortho, ENT, General, OBGYN, Endo, Peds Dental, Podiatry, oral / facial. No heads or hearts.

EMR System : Allscripts

Credentialing Time-Frame : Credentialing takes about 60-90 days

Hourly : $200 all-inclusive (the max bill rate is $250 / hour all inclusive)

Hourly OT : $215 (after 40 hours)

CRNA, AZ license ACLS, BLS, PALS required

Salary : $200 - $250
