Locum Physical Medicine and Rehab Physiatry Physician 121800 : South Central, Montana

Certifications required : Board Certified PMR, BLS, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
Background Experience : 2 Years
Credentialing Requirements / Timeframe : 4 - 6 weeks
Start Date : December 21
Dates : December 21 - January 1 & Ongoing Dates all of 2025
Work Schedule : 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Call Schedule : 5pm - 8am ( 1 - 2 calls / night)
Inpatient or Outpatient : Inpatient
Patient Volume : 12 - 15 patients
Staffing Mix : Full hospital support
EMR : Pinpoint
