Assistant Principal (K-8) – Position Overview
The Assistant Principal (AP) plays a crucial role in fostering academic excellence, supporting teachers, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Reporting directly to the Principal, the AP is responsible for overseeing curriculum implementation, instructional planning, and staff development. This position requires a dynamic leader who can motivate students, coach educators, and drive the school's academic mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support instructional programs to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement curriculum plans to align with the school's academic goals.
